1) Carbon Spring Steel and 302 Stainless steel are available, common, economical, and high quality.
Except when special considerations apply, they are usually the best choice.
We use only new, certified high quality material and maintain material lot traceabilty.
2) Scroll down for other materials if
High/low Temperature, Strength, Corrosion, Elecrical properties etc. are a consideration.
3)Carbon spring steels are typically:
Music Wire, Oil Tempered, or 5160 steel depending on wire diameter.
